The demonstration above is one view of the system. What follows is the system: the screens the people who actually run it work in, each doing a different job.

Everything below responds. Select a row and the detail opens, change a rule and the enforcement changes, open an order and it appears on the screen of whoever handles it next.

What the representative carries

The whole call happens on the phone, standing at the counter: check in, count the shelf, price the order, submit. Nothing is written twice, and nothing waits for the office.

  2. 02Count what is actually on the shelf, line by line
  3. 03Build the order at the counter, priced as it is entered
  4. 04Submit — it reaches the office before the representative leaves the shop

Works without a signal. The call is held on the device and syncs when the line comes back.

An account placed on hold by finance cannot be sold to. The representative sees the reason at check-in rather than after the paperwork.

Accounts, routes, stock and balances on this screen are synthetic and refer to no real pharmacy.

A working interface, not a picture of one. State you change on one screen shows up on the others, the way it does in the delivered system.
